Members are committed to the advancement and development of lay ministry in the Catholic Church. We support each other, offer resources, tools, and task forces in areas that shape lay ministry. We work collaboratively with national partner organizations to develop and publish standards for lay ministers. As a collective, we work tirelessly on behalf of the Church and those striving to serve the People of God.
We develop lay pastoral leadership so they may thrive in their meaningful ministry. NALM is an instrumental partner in setting the standards for the national
