Jane Cruthirds

Jane serves as the NALM Board Chair (2026-2028).

She is passionate about the work NALM accomplishes to empower, advocate for, and form lay ministers. She is an advocate of incorporating synodal practices into ministry.

Jane is the Associate Director of the Ursuline Education Network, owner of Spirit and Grace Consulting, and an adjunct professor for LIM at Loyola University New Orleans. A lifelong learner, Jane received her MPS from Loyola University New Orleans in 2018 and is currently pursuing a D.Min at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Jane is a wife and mother who resides in Louisville, KY.
