As a diocesan lay ministry formation director you have a unique and challenging position and NALM can help you get off to a great start with our orientation for new diocesan lay ministry formation directors. This four-session orientation, designed for first or second year directors, is conducted by toll-free conference calling supported by live web-conferencing. No travel costs or extended trips during this busy season. Sessions are from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Eastern Time on:

• October 20, 2011 Communications and Marketing with JoLynn Ryan-Krempecki of the Diocese of Trenton
• November 17, 2011 Standards for Lay Ministry with Dr. William Johnston of the University of Dayton
• December 15, 2011 Summary and Review with Christopher Anderson of NALM and Bea Callery of the Diocese of Raleigh
