 Dear Exhibitor, 

Come join us as an exhibitor at the National Association for Lay Ministry’s 2013 Annual Conference in Las Vegas. We will be at Harrah’s Las Vegas, May 30 - June 1, 2013 and we anticipate a strong turnout.

Lay ministry continues to grow in the United States and NALM is the professional organization that supports, educates and advocates for lay ministers. Our annual conference celebrates the advances in lay ministry and focuses on supporting lay ministers. For the most part our attendees are evenly split between diocesan lay ministry formation directors and parish pastoral associates with additional participants representing a broad spectrum of lay ministers. We expect 200 people from around the country to be in attendance this year. 

Once again we are making exhibiting with NALM more cost effective by letting the hotel host our exhibits, eliminating the decorating company fees and furniture rental. Our exhibits will be in the foyer directly outside the keynotes, and we are planning additional activities in the exhibit area to help keep it busy—including our opening reception in the exhibit area! 

Again this year we are offering our unique “Speed Pitch” opportunity on Friday. This will combine the information other conferences call “poster” or “roundtable” sessions with the pace of speed dating. Our Speed Pitch gathering will include three 10 minute sessions. Presenters (aka pitchers) will give a fast 10 minute presentation to a group of as many as ten attendees. At the end of each pitch, conference attendees will rotate to other sessions. It will be a great way to “pitch” a product or introduce an author!  Exhibitors pay no fee to present in Speed Pitch. Sign up for a Speed Pitch session on the NALM web site, www.nalm.org.
